Ronda Rousey as Captain Marvel, and Other Fightin’ Females

By now you have probably heard that UFC champ Ronda Rousey said she’d like to play Ms. Marvel in a superhero movie. The comment, made during a Reddit AMA a week ago, got fans of both MMA and comics working on the visuals. Rousey shared a few on her Instagram:

For Alex Murillo (one of the dudes whose work is featured above; find him on Instagram and his official site), Ronda-as-Marvel was the latest in a series. He has wanted to cast her as a superhero for awhile now. Here’s Ronda as Phoenix and Spider-Gwen:
