In Stores Now: “Narcopolis: Continuum”! Here’s a Preview

Narcopolis Continuum

On the heels of our near-instant sellout Interceptor, Heavy Metal brings you another science-fiction comic (our third standalone title ever) that is already reaping positive reviews. It’s Narcopolis: Continuum, by Scott Duvall, Ralf Singh and Nick Chapuis, and it hit the shelves of your local comics shop yesterday. The story is set in a future where all recreational drugs are legal, and centers on a son whose father mysteriously disappeared years ago.

“Great dialog and pacing by Scott Duvall’s script make it a quick but totally intriguing read,” writes Brian Lloyd of Outright Geekery. “[Artist] Ralf Singh is to me one of finest talents in comics. His almost post-modern/Aeon Flux style give life to this book. … Issue number 2 can’t come soon enough.”

Brandon Borzelli at ComicList writes that “This is definitely a comic book to check out and a mini-series to keep your eye on if you enjoy a fast paced comic, some science fiction or just a good ole time traveling story. … The artwork is fantastic.”
