WHAT'S
ON MY BRAIN: October 1, 2004
Guys, girls,
and general gang--first let me apologize for leaving you all hanging
for nearly a month without any thoughts from me--WHAT'S ON MY BRAIN?--I
would give a trillion dollars to someone that could help me fill you
in on what has been going on around here! The typing it all out alone
would take several weeks, and a team of specialist to put it all into
some kind of understandable order.
So guess
what? I ain't going to be the one to do it tonight. It's about 1:30am
right now, I just finished watching something on DVD while working,
and couldn't even tell you what it was. Shit, had to get up and look--it
was the "Alamo"--left quite an impact on me as you can see--wait till
it comes on cable if you care to catch it.
Okay, nutshell
it baby--working on an animated version of "Highlander"--been calling
Simon about a project for six days and haven't got a call back from
him yet, something must be up with him across the pond, I have four
companies out raising money for Heavy Metal films, working on four scripts,
and drawing, finishing taxes, and still need to pack for a quick trip
to the east before I go to bed…sorry, that was lame--I promise
to give you some real details next week.
Yes, there
will be a next week, I won't wait so long to get these "What's On's"
back on track, as I do miss writing them for the few folks that get
a bit of a kick out of them. Also promise to get the regular updates
back on track, and KR has promised to get the new and improved message
boards back up and on track. |

So
here comes the bragging bits from yours truly--as I mentioned before,
Julie bought me a 1996 Chevy Impala back in 2000, and I loved it more
than a man should love a car--but after about 650 trips to the repair
shop over the last six months, I had to let it go--the first three photos
are of me saying good bye, and the fourth is of the new ride--yes, I
had to do it--a Caddy EXT. I bought Julie one a few years back, and
everytime my car was in the shop I got to drive hers, and had to make
the leap. My new baby, don't mean to rub it in anyones nose, but if
you drove in LA you'd understand how important having a lot of "METAL"
around in heavy traffic is needed.

Next
up, yes, as requested by many on the message boards before it was shut
down to be revamped, two new shots of the doggies--all beautiful, and
a great replacement for kids! No need to start college funds and what
not--and all the love you'd ever want from a creature all day long.

Okay
kids, 2:00am is gaining fast and I need to get up at five for an early
morning flight. Sorry if this latest installment wasn't "ME" I'm all
over the map these days, and hope to get back to my kind of normal soon.
Promise to get back on track for you all next week.
All my
best to you! Kevin |
